Partner

Michael Kielbasa has been with the company since 2004 and is one of the original members of The BlackOak Group.

As the Director of Planning Operations for The BlackOak Group, Mike is the operational backbone of the group. His leadership and tenure with the group allow him to provide mentoring and organizational support for the team. He works within the group to keep the culture family-oriented and provides support to the advisors and the administrative team.

In his own words, the best part of Mike’s tenure with BlackOak has been “forging relationships and friendships with clients and team members along the way – including sharing in their success and helping them through their tribulations.”

Mike believes in serving the Western New York Community, which is why he continues to support Make-a-Wish Western New York and Mikey’s Way through the group’s annual golf tournaments. Mike also actively supports Mikey’s Way and The FruitBelt Coalition.

Mike resides in Buffalo with his wife Jennifer along his two daughters Emma and Tessa.
