James Keddie, CFP®
James Keddie began his financial planning career with AXA Advisors in 2007 while he was finishing his senior year at the University of Buffalo. In 2011, he joined The BlackOak Group. James holds one of the most coveted industry designations; the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®) certification. As a believer in continual professional development, he also earned a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
During his tenure with AXA Advisors, James has been a multi-year Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier. The MDTR was founded in 1927 and is The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.
James is an active firefighter and EMS and currently serves on the board as President and CEO of the East Amherst Fire Department.
